StatSheet is now projecting East Carolina will go to the CIT. The Pirates are ranked #111 in the StatSheet StatRank with an 18-12 overall record and a 9-7 record in the Conference USA.

Over the last four games, East Carolina picked up wins against Marshall and Tulane but also suffered a loss to RPI #35 Southern Miss and a bad loss to RPI #144 Tulsa.

East Carolina struggles against strong competition, with a 1-9 record against the RPI Top 100 that includes an 0-5 record against the RPI Top 50 and an 0-2 record against AP ranked teams. While the Pirates have no quality wins, they're weighed down by three bad losses including RPI #144 Tulsa, RPI #204 Marshall, and RPI #292 Campbell.
